Undefeated Raymond Han Wins Caissa Winter League
The Caissa Winter League, a Standard Chess FIDE rated time control event, had started in the first week of February, but had to stop after 1 round given the 5th COVID wave. The remaining 5 rounds resumed in April and until the very last round, it remained unclear how the top 5 position would look like in this event that hosted players representing 10 different federations: Hong Kong, Italy, Turkey, Australia, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Greece, France, USA ...

Champion Caissa Winter League Raymond representing Australia Chess Federation receives trophy and cash prize from IA Alberto
Raymond winning his last round, broke loose from Dmitry and Ozbek who drew against each other in the same round. Best U10 was Zachary, Best U12 Julian and Best U14 Jamison who lost in the last round against Raymond and as such just fell out of the Top3 Prize range.
